This wine is based on a true story
Yarra Valley Pinot Noir
Each car had three runs and although it wasn’t the fastest time recorded on the day, the glory of being first went to Lyndon Duckett in his beautiful Anzani Bugatti off scratch with the best vintage time of 21.4 seconds.
VSCC, Quarter Mile Sprint

A darker, more seductive Pinot, full of fragrant cherry and fresh spice characters.
The perfect #wine for a summer afternoon, @Racers_Rascals is fast, fresh and second to none.
Yarra Valley Chardonnay
A swim in the river followed by a picnic lunch was the order of the day. We then returned to the course, only to learn that Earl Davey-Milne had noises in his Alvis Type and wouldn’t be competing.

Many a cow in the district calved earlier than expected when the blower was engaged. No shrinking violet was this man Lex Davison and his equally as exciting Vauxhall 30-98.

Racers & Rascals pays homage to the original members of the Vintage Sports Car Club of Victoria formed soon after WWII by a group of motoring enthusiasts. Lex Davison, Lyndon Duckett & Earl Davey-Milne were amongst them.
The VSCC held their first 1/4 Mile Sprint meeting in January of 1946 at the Killara Park property.
